Kate Barwick has worked in senior communications and media positions with political and community leaders at all levels, including Deputy Prime Ministers, Federal Cabinet Ministers, a State Premier and Federal Members of Parliament.
She developed her craft as a trusted adviser in a diverse range of portfolio areas including infrastructure, transport, regional development and resources, giving her unique knowledge, insight and professional networks in these fields.
Her breadth of experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of our ever-changing national, state and local political environments and a strong non-partisan network across industry and politics.
Kate's particular passion for the industries and people of rural, regional and remote Australia also gives her a unique insight into the challenges they face, the incredible potential they hold and the significant contribution they make to our economy.
